What happens to my crypto assets in the event of an inheritance?

To process an inheritance case, we require a copy of the will or the certificate of inheritance to clearly identify and authorize the rightful heirs. Once the necessary documents are received, we will contact the heirs and prepare the transfer of the remaining crypto holdings. A receiving wallet address must be provided for the transfer.

What are the consequences of terminating my agreement with Tangany?

After the termination of your business relationship with Tangany, we can no longer custody your crypto assets. To ensure that your existing crypto holdings are properly transferred, you need to provide us with an external wallet address. Please make sure to submit a suitable wallet address in a timely manner to facilitate a smooth transfer of your assets.

How and where can I terminate my agreement with Tangany?

The termination process is carried out through Tangany's respective partner platform. Termination notice periods may vary. Generally, both the customer and Tangany can terminate the agreement at any time with a notice period of four (4) weeks.

Withdrawal from a contractual agreement is typically possible within two (2) weeks of signing the contract.

Can Tangany recommend trading platforms?

Please understand that we cannot provide recommendations for trading platforms or other providers.

Can I link my crypto holdings to my banking app?

Unlike other asset classes, crypto assets are blockchain-based and can only be custodied through specific digital wallets. You can view your purchased crypto assets on the platform of your respective provider, but integration with external banking or financial apps is currently not possible.

Can I access my data through a customer portal?

Tangany does not yet offer a customer portal. However, we are actively developing a user-friendly and secure portal to enable efficient and effortless self-management of your holdings and data in the future.

Can I submit a waiver for my crypto holdings at Tangany?

This is currently not possible.

Do I need to open an account with Tangany?

To use our services, it is essential that your customer data is up-to-date and that you agree to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC). This process is completed during registration via the respective partner platform.
