Transfer of Cryptocurrencies

⚠️ Important Notice Regarding EOS (effective 23.05.2025)

Trading of EOS is being suspended on several of our partner platforms. A conversion to Vaulta (A) through Tangany is not supported. However, transfers to an external wallet remain possible. Learn more.

If you are a customer of one of our partners (“Platform”) and wish to transfer your crypto assets to an external wallet, please send us a written request. This is currently possible for the following platforms only:

  • eToro

Other platforms: Only for crypto assets Enjin (ENJ) and EOS

The request will be reviewed by our partner and us. In some cases, your identity may need to be verified, for example, through a phone call. Therefore, please ensure that your contact details are correctly recorded with our partner.

For security reasons, we will send it back to your email address. This address must be the same as the one used when registering with our partner.

For customers of our partner platforms:

  • We can only process your request if you have previously agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Without this consent, we are not allowed to transfer your crypto assets. The consent can be given through your account on the partner platform.

  • Additionally, your customer data on the partner platform must be current and complete. If you are asked to update your data or repeat the identification process, you must complete this first.

  • Only the total balance of each crypto asset can be transferred. Partial transfers of the balance are not possible.

  • Transfer fees and networks fees will be deducted from the total balance of the crypto asset upon transfer. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information about these fees.
