Transfer of Cryptocurrencies

If you are a customer of one of our partners (“Platform”) and wish to transfer your crypto assets to an external wallet, please send us a digitally signed written request. This is currently possible for the following platforms:

  • eToro

For the transfer conditions of your platform, please scroll to the bottom of the page.

The request will be reviewed by our partner and us. In some cases, your identity may need to be verified, for example, through a phone call. Therefore, please ensure that your contact details are correctly recorded with our partner.

For security reasons, we will send it back to your email address. This address must be the same as the one registered with our partner.

For customers of our partner platform eToro:

  • We can only process your request if you have previously agreed to our Terms and Conditions. Without this consent, we are not allowed to transfer your crypto assets. The consent can be given through your account with eToro.

  • Additionally, your customer data with eToro must be current and complete. If you are asked to update your data or repeat the identification process, you must complete this first.

  • Only the total balance of each crypto asset can be transferred. Partial transfers of the balance are not possible.

  • The transfer fee is 2% of the transaction volume per crypto asset, with a minimum fee equivalent to USD 1.00 and a maximum fee equivalent to USD 100.00 (reference rate from Coinmarketcap, previous day). The fee will be deducted from the total balance of the crypto asset upon transfer.

  • Applicable network fees will also be directly deducted from the transfer amount in the respective cryptocurrency. Network fees can be subject to temporal fluctuations. Tangany and eToro have no influence over their amount.
