Information for Bitget France customers
Please note that Tangany's temporary custody service for Bitget France customers has ended. It is no longer possible for Bitget customers to onboard with Tangany. Bitget will continue the custody of crypto assets with another provider based in France.
What this means for you depends on where you are in the process. Please refer to the relevant section below. For any questions regarding your account and assets, please contact Bitget directly.
1. You have not yet started the onboarding process with Tangany
No action is required on your part with Tangany. Your account and assets remain with Bitget. Please contact Bitget directly for next steps.
2. You started onboarding but have not yet completed it
Onboarding via Tangany ended on 22.06.2026 and will not be continued. Your account and assets remain with Bitget. Please contact Bitget directly for further information.
3. You completed onboarding, but no assets have been transferred
No assets have been received by Tangany on your behalf. For any questions regarding your assets, please contact Bitget directly.
4. Your assets are held with Tangany and have not yet been fully withdrawn
Please proceed with withdrawing your assets from your customer account to your own wallet as soon as possible. Once the withdrawal is complete, the custody service ends. You will receive a termination notice in your secure inbox.
5. You have already fully withdrawn your assets
Once the withdrawal is complete, the custody service via Tangany ends. You will receive a termination notice in your secure inbox. No further action is required on your part.
