Are the cryptocurrencies custodied by Tangany actual tokens?

The crypto assets transferred to and custodied by Tangany are exclusively genuine crypto assets ("tokens") as defined by the KWG (German Banking Act). No CFDs or other financial products are included.

Which crypto assets are supported by Tangany?

Tangany supports a wide range of crypto assets, which are made available to customers depending on the specific partner platform. We recommend checking directly with your trading platform to confirm which crypto assets are supported. This ensures that your desired transactions can be carried out smoothly.

Does Tangany have any influence over the delisting of crypto assets?

No, Tangany has no control over this process. The delisting of crypto assets is a standard practice conducted by exchanges. Offering a crypto asset for trading and custody involves significant costs and is typically only viable if there is sufficient demand.

How can I access my crypto assets?

You can view and manage your crypto assets at any time via your respective platform provider. In most cases, trading of these assets is also possible through your platform. Your provider is your primary point of contact for managing your crypto assets. An exception to this is the direct transfer of crypto assets to external wallet addresses without a sale.

Currently, Tangany does not offer a customer portal. However, we are actively working on developing a user-friendly and secure portal to enable you to manage your holdings and data efficiently and independently in the future.
